Alfa Romeo’s return to U.S. delayed again
The worsening worldwide cost-effective crisis has compelled Fiat Order Automobiles to delay two targets it had planned a match up of years ago for the year 2010: bringing back the Alfa Romeo kind to the US and selling 300,000 per year in China.

Marchionne thus acknowledged that the sales aim of 300,000 cars for 2010 was only unrealizable. The Italian auto maker is negotiating with Chery Automobile to configuration a cooperative venture to produce the Alfa Romeo 159 dividend sedan and the 940 project, which will substitute the 147 in Europe start in late 2009.
Fiat is also discussing with Guangzhou Automobile the capacity of creating the Fiat Linea sedan. There is message that Fiat is planning to manufacture 70,000 to 80,000 Lineas a year in a Guangzhou instil. It is noted that Guangzhou has an ongoing roast ventures with Toyota and Honda.
